IN THE MYSTERY OF THE BLACK BAG
A Live, in-person radio play presentation of a new mystery from our favorite Lady Detective.
It's Christmas Eve 1893, and Lord and Lady Cathrow's annual Christmas Party has just come to a grinding halt. Someone has stolen £1500 of jewelry from Lady Cathrow's safe, and all the evidence suggests an inside job. Scotland Yard turns to Loveday Brooke, Lady Detective, to go undercover to solve the jewel heist and find a missing girl before it's too late.
Join us as we listen to the mystery unfold with live actors and foley sound. Our evening of radio play theatre will be held in the Second Floor space at Big Bear Cafe. They will be serving beer, wine, and cocktails, and food will be available for order in the downstairs Cafe. This is a special evening of theatre for us. In addition to debuting the new Loveday mystery, every ticket sold helps fund our season. So catch the premiere reading of a new play, enjoy some drinks, mingle with the actors and the WHF team, and support local theatre all at the same time.
Featuring: Debora Crabbe as Loveday Brooke, Josh Adams*, Paige O'Malley, Emilia Pazniokas, Robert Pike, Andrew Quilpa, Gabby Wolfe, and Jon Reynolds on Foley
